DZL Management Company shares a common ownership with Cummins Station and provides property management services in the Cummins Station community. Through a series of initiatives aimed to increase sustainable design, we have increased recycling and reduced water and energy usage. These efforts to create a greener workplace, city and planet have earned us a LEED ND Stage 2 Gold Certification from the Unites States Green Building Council. This certification demonstrates our commitment to sustainability, now and in the future.
