Great Public Spaces
Cummins Station is known for its public spaces. We've augmented the dramatic and historic halls with even more unique public spaces designed to help you connect-with colleagues, neighbors, your creativity or maybe even your own sense of self. They include the Community Garden, Track 13, Community Resource Center and post office. Everything you need to make what you do inside your office hum can be found just down the hall.
Community Resource Center
Need a room where you can “wow” an important audience? Community Members or visitors requiring a large conference facility can reserve the Community Resource Center, located in suite 422. Adorned with beautiful works of art and designed by architects of the resident Smith Gee Studio-with the environment in mind, this space is fully equipped with an audio/visual system for multi-media presentations and internet connections. The unique design of the Community Resource Center incorporates design hints towards the traditions of the railroad gulch and the former Union Station train shed while maintaining sensitivity to the mix and balance of contemporary building materials encountered throughout the building. Reservations can be made through DZL Management. Please note a refundable deposit is required.
Community Garden
There is something both vital and harmonious about being surrounded by things that grow. We created this unique, vibrant private urban garden to foster an area for relaxation and joy and a place to actively engage with nature. The Community Garden is home to Cummins Station’s Big Dig for Earth Day each year. While relaxing, if you happen to spot a veggie that looks tasty, feel free to partake!
Track 13

Unique to most workplace environments is a place for the creation and appreciation of art. We took this idea and literally ran with it, designing a space so unique it deserves its own name. With a bow to our history, we refurbished railway cars and created unique Artist Studios as well as other areas for our many Community Arts Program initiatives. Recognizing that Cummins Station Community Members and visitors would also enjoy the experience, we also created gathering spaces. We often host our Refresh! parties at Track 13, and we encourage you to hang out with colleagues here or take our your lunch. It’s also a great place for non-profits to host gatherings and for member businesses to have private meetings and occasions-the grill is great for cookouts!
